About Wim van Lith
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
My name is Wim van Lith. Married to Petra and together with the dachshund Driekus we form the family that likes to be on or under water. Being in nature, the beauty and finding peace there is as amazing as ever.
At an early age I was interested in how things work and therefore had a broad technical interest. So I started a technical education and worked in automation in the process industry.
Later I learned that people make things happen, more than technology does and became active in Lean Six Sigma and subsequently in Learning.
My passion still lies in well working things and so now I help companies and especially the people in them to achieve that. I am happiest when I leave people behind after an assignment who can continue independently at a higher level. Who have learned something, turned it into something new and continue with it.
For that I use everything that Lean and Learning can offer to help you, in combination with 30 years of experience. I still like all the tools and techniques of Lean and Learning, but it is more about the result. It's about what you want and what will make you happy. That is what it’s all about for me.
It's always time to get better.
How nice it is to hear an experienced department head say that he now has a better way of conducting an assessment interview and giving feedback.
Or a participant of a training course who says afterwards that he has attended many training courses, but has never learned so much.
Or a department head who has introduced a new training system several times, sometimes successfully and not so, and who asks you to do it right this time. Together.
So in addition to experience and knowledge, you will also get a big dose of enthusiasm with me. A lot of positive energy to accompany you on your journey of change. Because change has to be fun also.
